Kaitlin joined TMPUV in 2019 as a mentor and later became a board member in 2023. As a native to the Upper Valley Kaitlin wanted to give back to the community that helped her as a student at Oxbow High School. While Kaitlin doesn't work in education, she has long had a passion for working with youth. She believes that the experience for both mentees and mentors is extremely enriching and helps foster community building. In her professional career Kaitlin works in agriculture helping to manage projects that support sustainable agriculture.
